Lisa Franz
Lisa joined our orthodontic team in 2005. She had been working in the dental field for more than 15 years when she joined our practice. She works in our office as both a clinical assistant and director of our in house lab. She is responsible for fabrication of all patient pre and post treatment models, supervising all appliances fabricated at outside laboratories, and fabricating all essix retainers. She is fantastic in handling our younger or scared patients. Her bedside manner is second to none. She is also our best photographer and has a way to relax all patients in front of the camera. She lives in the Tamaqua area and has two children, Joseph and Alexis. She has one grandson, Declan. She also has a German short hair dog named Mia. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors and is an excellent hunter and fisherwoman.

Andrea
Andrea has been working as an orthodontic assistant in the dental field for over 20 years. She joined the Banning family
in 2009. Andrea is a 1998 Pottsville Area Highschool graduate and 2001 graduate of STTC's Dental and Radiography Program. Not
only does Andrea assist in the clinic, but she is also proficient in the clerical and front desk realms as well. You will
see her working on patients and you will also see her scheduling and handling phone calls.
Andrea resides in Pottsville with her fiance, Mike and Daughter, Kylie. She is an animal lover and also has a menagerie of
pets including 3 dogs, 3 cats and pygmy frogs. She enjoy baking (and eating!), reading, planting, and attempting Pinterest
projects. On the not so soft side, she also enjoys rock and hardcore concerts, horror movies, collecting horror memorabilia,
True Crime books and documentaries, and belongs to a local paranormal group. She loves old 80's TV shows and political shows
like Scandal and Designated Survivor.

Lisa Woods
Lisa joined Banning Orthodontics in 2010, bringing many years of clinical experience to our team. She is an excellent clinician and is often the person that Dr. Banning will turn to for assistance with difficult procedures, particularly on younger patients. Lisa is responsible for monitoring and ordering all supplies necessary to keep the practice running. She may be seen scouring over catalogues always looking for the best quality item at the best price. She oversees any necessary equipment repairs or additions and talks/meets with all dental reps. Lisa and her husband Henry reside in Tamaqua. She has a daughter Elizabeth who is employed as a hygienist in the dental field. She has two step sons, Dylan and Lee, and she is blessed with 3 grandchildren Paige, Parker, and Payton. Lisa enjoys vacationing at the beach. In her free time she enjoys watching her grandchildren, gardening, crafting, and spending time with family and friends. She loves to watch HGTV and Netflix.

Jackie
Jackie joined us in January of 2015. She comes to us with many years of orthodontic assisting experience from the Lehigh Valley area. She takes pride in her work, and especially enjoys each patient’s journey to a new and improved smile. Jackie is originally from the Allentown area, and currently resides in Slatington with her husband. She has two grown children Kyle, and Rachel. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her puppy Luna, biking and hiking trails with her husband. she looks forward every year to vacationing with her family at a beach somewhere warm.
Favorite Movies: Any good chick flicks, Netflix shows.
Favorite Sports Teams: Philadelphia Eagles, and Penn State Football.
Favorite Food: Italian and Chinese, and a really good cheeseburger, chocolate too!
Why I love working at Banning Orthodontics: In all the years I have been in Orthodontics, I have never experienced the genuine care she gives to ALL her patients. Everyone is so pleasant and eager to help out whenever necessary. We pride ourselves on the teamwork that goes into every patient’s new smile.
Britney
Britney joined Banning Orthodontics in 2021, and she's new to orthodontics and eager to learn from the team! After working in other
healthcare settings, she decided to make the switch and work closer to home to be able to spend more time with her family. Banning Orthodontics
was the perfect fit. She works at the front desk and enjoys greeting and conversing with the patients, and family. Britney graduated from Tamaqua
Area High School in 2018, and resides in Tamaqua with her two daughter's Adelynn and Nina. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with
her daughters, friends and family.
Coffee is Britney's best friend and she always has at least two cups a day. Family game night with friends and family makes Britney the happiest. She
enjoys making a big dinner so everyone can come over and spend quality time with loved ones. One of her all-time favorite
dinners to make for game night is tacos. You will always find Britney watching The Vampire Diaries or Grey's Anatomy on Netflix. In her free time, she enjoys
attempting DIY projects to decorate her house, shopping and going for walks
Why Britney Loves Banning Orthodontics: The staff is very welcoming and everyone is willing to lend a helping hand. Everyone at Banning Orthodontics
provides such genuine care to each and every family that comes to the office, and that's what stands out the most about our staff. The best part is watching
patients get closer and closer to their forever smile, and seeing how happy they are when they reach their goal for a perfect smile.
Rachel
Rachel joined our team in November 2020. She may be a new face to our front desk but she comes to us with 27 years of experience. She’s a very dedicated employee as she spent the first 21 years of her career with the same dentist until his retirement in 2015. Working for two other general dentists from 2015-2020 she always thought about switching over to specialty dentistry. Rachel grew up in Birdsboro a small steel town in Berks County and moved to Schuylkill County in 2016. She is a graduate of Daniel Boone High School and Berks Career and Technology Center where she received her certificate in Dental Assisting. Rachel is also x-ray certified. Making the switch to Orthodontics is definitely one of the best decisions she has ever made.
Rachel lives in Pottsville with her three children; Jillian, Griffin and Ashten. When she isn’t managing the front desk you can probably find her serving at the Station House in Llewellyn. In her very
limited free time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend James, and her friends and family.. She loves trips to the beach, camping, amusement parks and cheering for her favorite sports teams the Baltimore Ravens and the New York Yankees. Rachel loves to laugh! Italian and Mexican are just a few of her favorite foods but she will eat just about anything but please don’t forget dessert! Hey you guys…The Goonies is her favorite movie.
Working at Banning Orthodontics has been nothing short of amazing. I love working with such a talented team. Seeing the transformations of beautiful smiles just warms my heart. I know that I have found my forever place and look forward to many years behind the front desk.
